Mexican Independence Storytime

There will be a combined storytime on September 16 at 9:15 for all age groups.

Board Member, Olga Cisneros will be conducting a storytime about Mexican Independence. Dress in your traditional outfits!

Library and Lunch

Over the noon hour, grab your lunch and join us for a book discussion of Stones into Schools: Promoting Peace with Books, Not Bombs, in Afghanistan and Pakistan by Greg Mortenson, the September pick of the month. Come join us on Tuesday, September 14 at noon.

A Very Beginners Computer Class / Un Clase de Computadora de Principinates en Espanol

Computer classes are back in swing starting the week of August 22!

Every Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. there will be A Very Beginners Computer Class. There's a limit of four individuals per class. Stop by or call the library at 626-0180 to reserve your spot.

Cada miercoles en 9:30am, venido ensamblenos por Un Clase de Computadora de Principiantes en espanol. Afiliese a nosotros para este clase de dia en la diversion de aprendizaje como usar una computadora para aquellos que hablan minimo o ningun ingles!

Aprenda: tronco en una computadora, use a un raton, cree una cuenta de correo electronico, y cree y envie el correo electronico. Limitado a cuatro personas. Para mas informacion y contratar llamada 626-0180.

Storytime Schedule

Storytimes will be starting up again! Here is the schedule for the first session:
Dates are August 19 and 26, September 2, 9, and 16*. The age groups and times are:
Preschool ages 3 to 5 years from 9:15 until 10:00; toddlers ages 19 months to 3 years from 10:20 to 10:40, and infants birth to 19 months from 10:55 to 11:15. Please note: September 16 will be a combined group at 9:15 with special guest Olga Cisneros presenting a Mexican Independence Day story time. If your child has never taken part in story time, please phone or stop by the children's desk to enroll.
